Our teams work on some of the most innovative projects in tech, coding for amazing products. Challenges can be found everywhere at Bedrock, in terms of scaling, performance or peak traffic. Our tech teams are in charge of building and powering leading video streaming platforms, dealing on a daily basis with millions of users around Europe and delivering the best user experience possible. We believe that learning new tricks is a journey and sharing them with peers is definitely part of the fun. That's why open source is so important for us, as we encourage our team members to publish their work and ask the same from our contractors.
Another core value for our tech team is “agility”. Our Product teams have implemented agile methodology for 5+ years and it is now part of our DNA and organisation. Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban… We adapt our methods to context and goals, so as to improve our teams’ autonomy and integrity. At Bedrock, we put knowledge and experience sharing at the very center of our daily routines. I joined Bedrock for the challenge: the scale of our platform and the traffic it receives every day.
